Which side of the coin have you faced???

Hi All,

Its been a long time I posted something so I made up my mind to write something today. When I was searching for a good subject to write I remembered the novel "The Fountainhead" written by Ayn Rand. It was a fantastic novel and I found that Ayn is not just a writer but also a keen observer and a beautiful critic of the society. This made me think of expressing my naive thoughts on the society.

Society, a word we significantly hear among masses when something good or bad happens. No matter if it is good or bad everyone thinks of its impact on society and as usual our idiot box inactivists(thts wat I call for Journalists of modern age) use this as a opputunity of showcasing what society thinks of that action. They will take ppls view for petty thinks like the title RGV thinking for his next movie and also for important things like Anna Hazare fasting. Anyways since today is not dedicated to those inactivists. I will move to the topic.

A society is a unwritten collaboration of people. People form the society and they frame the rules of society. So since people can be good or bad so are the rules of the society. Few will make sense and few will disgust a individual. But since we formed the rules for the society we have to face the wrath of our mistakes without any protest. Now making that point clear I wonder if no one protests how is that disgusting rule changed?

I find that the answer is there is no way to change that rule unless until u have an treasure to spend on or u dont have a dime to spend. Yes these two sectors of the society so called High-class and Low-class define their own set of rules out of society and live based on that. If the subset is anywhere problematic to them they will change them. The problem comes only with the middle class.

This class has a dilemma starting from its origin. It will never know how to change any rules. So ppl who fall in this class (unfortunately quite many) will lead their lives to death without questioning any of the problematic rules. They will lead a life compromised to match the standards of the so called society which was formed by none other than themselves.

If at all any middle class man tries to change the rules he will be outcast and treated as a traitor. Sometimes I feel newtons rule of inertia is also applicable to hearts. They will tend to be within the rules they are used to and change of the rule will be resisted and the rebelling candidate will be deserted to death. So this middle class deadlock which causes many ill-framed rules to sustain this long in the society. If anyone has to blame about this rules they have to blame 80% of the public in the socirty which falls under the middle class category.

So if you are an individualist and believe in free living you must have surely faced the darkest side of the society which will almost torture you for a remorse or if you have learned to compromise urself and live without a happy soul but a facade on your face then u must have faced the bright and colorful face of the society.

So make a self justification and think on which side of the coin you are....

Stay tuned,

Intelligent Torture

Hi All,

In recent times I have heard many elders saying that this generation is not having enough physical exercise, has no responsibility, has no social consciousness and blah blah blah...Today I want to question all those elders where is time for present generation to think on these things...60% of present generation is suffering from Intelligent Torture aka Information Technology...Yes Iam talking about the software industry...

All greedy parents/ambitious parents want their children to settle in s/w industry...All greedy persons/ambitious persons want to settle in s/w industry and go abroad...While aiming s/w industry it will look like heaven where you will be sitting in A.C and will get a five digit salary...BUT  once you enter into industry you will find the problems.

In the first year you will be attending training and may be inducted into project...In this phase initial 2-3 months will be fun learning and enjoying life with unlimited internet access and always helping hands surrounding you ...it will seem like a direct ticket to heaven...After the initial 2-3 months, you will be assigned to a project and all of a sudden you will find that all the helping hands shying away from you...though you have unlimited internet access opening gtalk or FB will be a distant thought for you...You will be given 8 hrs work but due to inexperience it will turn out to be 16 hrs work...You will never leave office according to timings but will arrive to office on time...No sleep in night...no peace in mind.. This is the first phase of multi-phased complicated IT industry.

In the second year you will be recieving Hikes...which means more money It will be a treat to watch your first appraisal letter...You will happily call your parents and friends and inform abt your appraisal..you will think that finally all the ordeal from past 1 year has beared fruit for you...Soon after that you will realise your work also increased as now they are paying you more they will take you to the second phase of Intelligent torture. Now that you have experience you will be able to do tasks in time but the tasks assigned to you will become more complicated that your working hours will not change...and your peace of mind is a passe....

From the third year onwards you stop getting excited abt appraisals and you stop being excited abt any promotions...you will stop complaining the heavy work load...you will stop meeting your friends & relatives...you stop being your self...this is the last phase of torture wherein you will become slave for the industry and a invisible stamp is pasted on your forehead stating "TORTURED O.K."....After this you will be in deja vu... if you are successful in completing this stage you will be invincible to this torture and all this seems to be normal to you...by now you will be waking up by 8 AM and will be on bed at minimum by 1 AM....every friday movie and every weekend some kind of fun activity....All problems in life will seem to you like programs and you will be confident of solving them easily...

Finally, waht I would like to say is for every comfort there is a price to pay and for having a comfort of fat salary you have to pay the price of your health, personal life. If you are thinking of joining this industry think of it...If you are already in the industry, mere jaadu ke jappi lelo bhai...and tap on our heart and say "ALL IZZ WELL"

HINDURTELLISH

Hi All,

Hope you are having a great day. you might be wondering what does HINDURTELLISH mean, you have every right to wonder. To start let me say it is a language which does not have a official approval from any legal body but exists intensely in one of the historic and popular city of India.

Got any clue, no. Ok further it is a language very easy to learn by north indians, muslims, telugu ppl. It is most common language seen in Andhra Pradesh state capital. Yes, you got it it is fondly called as Hyderbadi Language. It is a fine amalgamation of HINDi+URdu+TELugu+engLISH. To my knowledge it is the only language which was formed based on 4 languages. The beauty of this language is, If you are an Hyderabadi, even if u dont have interest or time to learn it is automatically learnt through your day to day activities.

After much thought, I want to tell few key benefits of learning this language:

  1. It covers 1 international language(English), 2 national languages(Hindi and Urdu) and 1 ancient and regional language(Telugu)
  2. It is like a flu when you talk with a hyderabadi it effects your linguistics skills and you will inherit it from him/her
  3. You can make your presence felt with in a non hyderabadi group very easily
  4. If any non-hyderabadi has to be tortured all you have to do is talk normal HINDURTELLISH for 10 mins and he will die learning its meaning for next 10 days
  5. It has good velocity which makes it easy to rap
  6. You are not bound to any grammer so this makes it easy even when you communicate with language pandits
  7. If you have a non-hyderabadi boy/girl friend, talking in HINDURTELLISH will be your trump card to get him/her out of bad mood.
  8. Its subtle nature makes it more and more adorable that one day you will forget all the knowledge of the base languages.
At last what i want to say is "ee language jaldi nerchuko iga choodu nee dimak baddimaak kakunte nannu adagu" :)

Note: This post is not intended to show hyderabadi language in a negative light. It is just an effort to tell some of the funny uses of language. The language as such has many advantages which makes it worthy to speak by Hyderabadis
